Track by AWB, Order ID or mobile number

Your AWB (Air Waybill) is the unique tracking number printed on your booking confirmation and shared with you by email and SMS. With Custom Xpress Tracking you can also search using your Order ID or registered mobile number, so you are never stuck if you misplace the AWB. Each shipment tracking lookup shows the latest scan, origin and destination cities, and the full movement history.
